FULL TIME 7.5 tonne multi drop driver

At TDS ltd you will be working for a family run business driving across central Scotland delivering and installing white goods and household items such as washing machines, fridge freezers, TV's and furniture in to customers homes, you will work along side a drivers mate also insuring excellent customer service for our client Arrowxl.

The ideal candidate must be physically fit and capable of contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of items.

Please be aware that all roles at TDS Ltd are subject to a mandatory right to work, licence, cpc and criminal record DBS checks.

Full training will be giving into installing all goods. A shift pattern of 5 days a week, must be able to work Weekends as we operate mon - Sun Job and finish. 28 days annual leave (includes bank holidays) Salary of 150 per day paid monthly company pension scheme annual cpc training provided

What your typical day will include:

You will arrive at the yard around 05:30/06:00 complete your daily vehicle checks following correct defect reporting procedures. Once your vehicle has been loaded you will receive your route then you and your drivers mate will set off for the day adhering to all driving laws, regulations and company policies. Ensure timely completion of deliveries according to the established schedule. Deliver orders to customers room of choice ensuring packaging and product is free from damage. Adhere to all UK health and safety regulations as well as manual handling legislation. Provide first class communication and customer service skills. Maintain clear communication with customers and depot to promptly report any issues or delays.
