We have an ambitious 5-year growth plan, and with Pret's evolved business strategy of taking "Pret to the People", marketing in the UK has become more pivotal to success than ever.
This role reports into the UK Shops & Local Marketing Manager, and is a broad marketing and comms role with responsibilities stretching across shops, packaging, digital and PR to deliver impactful brand and marketing activations for Pret.
With an extensive new shops roadmap for 2025 and beyond, this role will be central to the marketing planning and success for these openings, as well as delivering sustained growth from a new customer base through food and coffee sales, Club Pret and Pret Perks acquisition, and establishment of the Pret brand in new areas around the UK.
The breadth of this role means internal and external relationships are key to success, with projects spanning UK Marketing, Commercial, Property and Operations, alongside Creative and Digital teams and our external Franchise and Roadside partners.
In the Pret Marketing team, no two days are the same, and with a brand famous for thinking differently, proactivity and creativity are central to the team alongside an eye for detail, excellent cross-functional relationships and a passion for food, coffee and the values at the core of our business.
