This is a fantastic opportunity for

customer-focused, flexible drivers

who enjoy being on the road. You'll be delivering and installing electrical products such as

white goods, TVs, and cookers

directly into customers' homes -- and helping to provide an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safe delivery and installation of electrical items (e.g. white goods, TVs, cookers) Providing high-level

customer service

and product demonstrations Keeping customers informed about delivery times and resolving basic issues Using a handheld device to log deliveries and capture signatures Managing load safety throughout the shift using straps and equipment Reporting issues or changes to base throughout the day Adhering to transport laws, driving regulations, and health & safety policies Occasionally collecting tote boxes and returns from retail stores

What We're Looking For

A strong focus on

customer satisfaction

Clear communication skills (face-to-face and by phone) Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks Can work independently or as part of a team Previous 7.5T experience preferred -- or 6+ months of 3.5T driving with no blameworthy accidents and max 3 points

Required Qualifications

Full

UK/EU C1 (7.5T) driving licence

CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

Digital Tachograph card

(preferred) Maximum of

6 penalty points

(no DR, DD, IN convictions)
