Job Description

We are a general haulage company based in Oldham. Start time is generally 0600-0800 and finishes between 1600-1800

We are looking for a skilled driver capable of making the varying deliveries across Huddersfield, working well with our small team in the area.

You will usually complete 2 runs per day, with collections on the way back to depot.

Experience in using tail lift and pump trucks is required, as these will be needed for many deliveries.

28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)

```Duties```
- Perform pre-trip walkaround checks using our app
- Use of tail lift and pump truck as required to make deliveries
- Drive safely and according the traffic laws, especially while making tight deliveries
- Professional communication with the office and our customers
- Maintain accurate PODs on paper and using apps as required.

```Skills```
- Valid C1 license + driver card + driver CPC
- Proven experience as a truck driver
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to safely operate tail lift and pump trucks
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and safe handling of cargo
