7.5t Tanker Driver (category C1)
Job Description
We are a family-run business with over 30 years of experience in the wastewater industry, based just outside Gloucester. As our services grow, we're looking to expand our team with a motivated and reliable 7.5t tanker driver.
This role isn't just about driving, it's about being part of a supportive team, using your initiative, and playing an important part in keeping things running smoothly for our customers. Whether you're an experienced driver or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you. For us, the right attitude matters most; someone proactive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate a 7.5t tanker to support local wastewater and sewer services Identify and report abnormalities to to drainage systems Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete job sheets (paper & electronic) Maintain cleanliness and condition of your assigned vehicle Work to high health and safety standards Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, supportive team
Requirements:
Valid Driver CPC Full UK Driving Licence with Category C1 entitlement Ability to follow instructions and work on your own initiative Flexible with working hours Friendly, customer-focused attitude
