Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at Berry BMW Group in Hounslow, London.
Delivery and collection to end customers while providing excellent service that includes a handover and explanation of controls of the vehicle.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service by ensuring timely and safe transportation of vehicles. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Safely transport vehicles to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Provide excellent customer service during vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules. Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as needed. Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly. Uphold Berry BMW Group's standards of professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record NO previous driving bans Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role. Strong commercial driving skills with knowledge of vehicle operation. Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
