Job Overview

:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7T Driver to join our transport team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, including shuttle driving, delivery experience, and operating various types of commercial vehicles. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent communication skills and adhering to all safety regulations. Responsibilities

:

Safely operate a 7T commercial vehicle for deliveries to a variety of customer sites. Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment and compliant to site health and safety requirements. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and vehicle maintenance logs. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding schedules and delivery details. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during operation of the vehicle. Assist with moving or repositioning equipment or goods as required within warehouse or job sites. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications

:

Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements for 7T vehicles. Proven experience in commercial driving, including route driving, delivery, shuttle driving, or bus driving. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Ability to load & unload cargo safely using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts. Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required. Physical ability to move goods and operate heavy machinery safely. This position is vital for ensuring timely deliveries and efficient transportation operations within our organization, emphasizing safety, reliability, and excellent service standards.
