Julian Charles are a family run business with over 75 years experience in soft furnishings, with over 100 shops and concessions throughout the UK
We are looking for a confident, energetic individual with customer service & retail experience and keyholder experience to be part of our team must be computer literate
Summary
As an 8 Hour Retail Store Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, providing excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Utilize your core communication skills to assist customers effectively and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns. Utilize computer literacy skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Utilize communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Implement merchandising techniques to enhance product displays and attract customers. Uphold store standards by organizing merchandise and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
