In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.
Responsibilities:
Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop
Continuously increase product knowledge
Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience
Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
Qualifications:
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
Commercial mindset
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
Willingness to constantly learn & develop
Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
High cultural knowledge & awareness
Perceptive of customer needs
Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)
