Duties

Teach Science at

GCSE and A-Level

, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong student outcomes. Be able to teach one or more Science specialisms (

Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics

) covering AQA, Edexcel and OCR exam boards. Develop customised lesson plans and learning materials to enhance understanding and engagement Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents where appropriate Foster a positive learning environment that encourages confidence and motivation

Requirements

Grade A or above required in A-level for Chemistry, Biology or Physics Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with another tutoring organisation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently Passion for education and a genuine desire to support student development Organised, reliable, and able to adapt teaching approaches based on individual student needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 16.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
