Gloucestershire College is seeking a dedicated Maths Lecturer to join our dynamic English and Maths team. With 21 lecturers based across our three campuses, we deliver GCSE Maths and English to 16-18-year-olds, as well as Functional Skills to adult learners. Our team brings a range of teaching backgrounds and experiences, working collaboratively to support learners from all areas of the college as they progress towards their future goals. We use a workshop model that focuses on personalised teaching, recognising each learner's starting point and helping them build the skills they need to succeed.

At Gloucestershire College, teaching and learning are at the heart of what we do. Our lecturers are supported by Learning Coaches and regular one-to-one meetings with their Line Manager, alongside access to a range of online teaching resources.
