Learning Support
Assistant
to join the dedicatedLearning Support team
at Gloucestershire College.In this student-facing role, you'll work directly with learners who have a range of additional learning needs and disabilities, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, autism, and physical impairments. Your support will help them access their curriculum, achieve their goals, and progress confidently through their studies.
Working one-to-one or in small groups, you'll provide tailored strategies that promote independence, inclusion, and long-term success. Your role will be key in helping learners build confidence, develop autonomy, and work towards meaningful outcomes in education and employment. Every day, you'll make a real difference in the lives of students by helping them overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
