Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join the Learning Support team at Gloucestershire College. In this student-facing role, you will support learners with a range of additional learning needs and disabilities, helping them access their studies and make progress towards their goals.
You will work one-to-one or in small groups, providing practical support that builds confidence, independence and inclusion. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team in a campus-based role where your work will make a positive difference to students' lives.
