The Role
We are looking for a
CHC Team Leader
to lead and support our expanding team of Operations Administrators. The role will focus on delivering high-quality Continuing Healthcare (CHC) administrative services on behalf of our NHS partners.
You will play a central role in leading day-to-day operations, motivating the team, engaging NHS stakeholders, and helping to scale UB Healthcare's services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of CHC Operations Administrators
Oversee daily CHC service delivery and ensure performance against KPIs
Attend operational meetings with NHS and social care partners
Resolve issues, streamline workflows, and drive service improvements
Support staff development and champion our "promote from within" strategy
Ensure accuracy in data reporting and documentation
Promote excellence, compliance, and efficiency across the team
Who We're Looking For
Experienced team leader
, ideally from a CHC or NHS operational background
Strong understanding of
CHC processes and frameworks
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital systems used in healthcare settings
Positive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
Committed to UB Healthcare's mission and values
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
