We are always looking to add to our team of expert tutors with those whose aspirations for helping others to succeed matches our own. Due to the flexibility of our training methods, we can offer opportunities on either a full or part-time basis.

Although there will be an element of supporting apprentices remotely, this role will provide support for our on-site delivery in Plymouth and could be part time or full time (minimum of 3 days per week).

Because the nature of the role is focused on one-to-one tutoring, formal classroom teaching is not a requirement, unless desired.

We would be happy to consider a candidate who has a clear passion for training and has solid accounting experience and is qualified at least to AAT Level 4. The role could suit someone who is returning to work or simply is looking to progress their career.

More detail on the role:

The role would include supporting AAT students undertaking the Apprenticeship programme at Levels 2, 3 and 4. If you don't currently have experience of the Apprenticeship Standards we can provide training and support for this.

It is really satisfying dealing with employers and managers who were themselves once students of ours, many moons ago. You feel that you have made a real impact on the lives of your students and on the businesses of your employers.
