The AAT Programme



AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) is a globally recognised qualification that provides the essential skills and knowledge needed for a career in accounting and finance. This qualification covers key areas such as bookkeeping, financial accounting, and business taxation. It's perfect for those looking to start their career in the accounting profession.

The AAT qualification offers hands-on training and practical experience, making it an ideal choice for school leavers who want to build a strong foundation in accounting. What does our accounting team do?





Our accounting team plays a vital role in performing various financial and accounting functions on behalf of a client company, and assisting them to achieve their strategic objectives.

Our team is typically engaged by businesses to handle specific accounting tasks, allowing the client company to focus on its core operations while benefiting from cost savings and specialised expertise.



Whether it be carrying out book-keeping services for clients, preparing management accounts, advising on technical elements of accounting standards, ensuring that our clients have the right compliance needs.

Using this technical understanding, our accounting team get to understand our client's businesses and the individuals behind them. They offer strong strategic advice to ensure that our clients grow and develop their business in a way that aligns with their strategic goals.

What do we look for?





?? Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges

?? Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent

?? 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)

?? Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly

?? Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail

?? Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills

?? Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
