We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to join our team in supporting children with developmental and behavioural challenges. The role involves delivering evidence-based behavioural interventions to promote positive growth and development. Responsibilities
Implement individualised ABA programmes under supervision, utilising reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviours.
Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform programme adjustments.
Support children in developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through structured activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency in therapy delivery.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all sessions, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Attend regular supervision meetings for ongoing training, programme review, and professional development.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Special Educational Needs or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed programmes and record data accurately.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with children and families.
Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, including some evenings or weekends if required.
A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one prior to employment is essential. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children's development through structured behavioural interventions and eager to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.
