We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable
Able Seaman/Woman (AB)
to join our dynamic client The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties supporting the safe and efficient operation of the vessel under the supervision of the Bosun and Deck Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mooring/unmooring operations.
Perform routine maintenance: chipping, painting, cleaning.
Operate deck machinery and safety equipment.
Stand bridge lookout/watchkeeping duties.
Launch and recover lifeboats/liferafts during drills and emergencies.
Support cargo handling and securing operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid AB Certificate (STCW II/4 or II/5).
STCW Basic Safety Training (BST).
Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (PSCRB).
Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent).
Passport and Seaman's Book (valid).
Minimum [insert] months of recent sea service in rank.
Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
