Artic Building Services are currently looking for an experienced A/C Static Engineer to carry out A/C residential works for our client based in Harlow.

:

Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to HVAC systems on sites. Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments Provide Further works reports where required Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday

Required Skills:

Industry qualifications including F-Gas Level 2 Comprehensive working experience with VRV's, VRF's, FCU's, Multi splits, Splits & AHU systems. A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry. Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork. Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective Positive attitude "can do will do". Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
