Air Conditioning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Independently perform

installation, maintenance, and servicing

of advanced air conditioning and refrigeration systems for

commercial and residential clients

. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system faults, ensuring efficient and reliable repairs. Deliver high-quality work that complies with

F-Gas regulations

and industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to manage timelines and ensure client satisfaction. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and share expertise to enhance team performance. Maintain accurate service records and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an

Air Conditioning Engineer

or in a similar HVAC role.

NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

(or equivalent qualification). Valid

F-Gas Category 1

certification. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-quality repairs. Full

UK driving licence

(essential for site visits). Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
