Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-to-one and small-group mentoring in
Maths
Support students with core mathematical concepts and exam preparation
Track student progress and engagement
Work closely with Maths teachers and pastoral teams
Promote independent learning, confidence, and resilience
Keep accurate records and contribute to progress reviews
Act as a positive role model for academic success
Person Specification
Degree in
Mathematics or a related subject
(essential)
Interest in progressing into
teacher training

Strong numeracy and communication skills
