Role Overview:

As a Academic Mentor, you will:

Provide tailored academic support to students across various year groups. Identify and assist students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver engaging and effective support in core subjects. Offer mentorship, motivation, and encouragement to students facing academic challenges.

Requirements:

A degree in Maths, English, or Science (graduates welcome!). Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. A genuine passion for education and making a difference in students' lives. The ability to work collaboratively within a secondary school environment.
