What you will be doing:




We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Academic Portfolio Coordinator, on a permanent basis, to support the establishment and ongoing success of the University's Academic Portfolio Lifecycle, including new programme/module design and approval, and existing programme/module monitoring and review.

Working collaboratively with Faculties, academic and professional services colleagues to provide advice, support and guidance regarding policies, processes, strategies, projects and initiatives relating to programme design, development, approval and monitoring. Coordinating administrative/secretarial activities of central University events/committees in relation to programme development and approval. Maintaining oversight of curriculum management data hygiene on the University's student records system (SITs).

Qualifications/ experience:



Knowledge of quality assurance processes relating to curriculum design, development, approval and monitoring. Knowledge of current national contexts relating to the design, development and monitoring of academic programmes in Higher Education. Experience in coordinating and contributing to committees, panels, and working/stakeholder groups.
