Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a Coach, you will be responsible for developing training programmes, enhancing skills, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and strategy. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to athletes to improve performance. Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training methods as necessary. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages participation and sportsmanship. Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.

Qualifications

UEFA C License (essential) UEFA B (preferred) Proven experience in sports coaching, with a strong understanding of the sport being coached. Teaching experience is highly desirable, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and inspiring others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for training sessions and events. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are an advantage but not essential. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-25.00 per hour
