Flint Town United FC is an ambitious, community-focused football club competing in the Cymru Premier. Our Category A Academy is committed to developing high-potential players in a professional, positive and player-centred environment, aligned with FAW and UEFA best practice.

We are seeking enthusiastic, committed Academy Coaches to join our expanding academy programme.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions in line with the FAW National Development Framework Support the technical, tactical, physical, psychological and social development of academy players Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with the Academy Manager, Lead Phase Coaches and MDT staff Attend fixtures, festivals and tournaments as required Complete player evaluations, reports and administrative duties to FAW standards Uphold the values, policies and safeguarding procedures of Flint Town United FC
Essential Requirements

FAW C Licence (or working towards) Valid FAW Safeguarding Award Valid Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) Experience coaching within a youth football environment Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills Ability to work evenings and weekends Right to work in the UK
Desirable

FAW B Licence (or working towards) Experience within an FAW Academy or professional club environment Understanding of the FAW Academy Audit process Experience using player management or analysis platforms

Flint Town United FC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and comply with FAW safeguarding policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-25.00 per day

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
