Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and deliver training sessions tailored to the skill levels of participants
Motivate athletes to achieve their personal best through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
Develop customised training programmes that promote skill development, fitness, and team cohesion
Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to help participants reach their goals
Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations
Foster a positive environment that encourages sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork
Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition and report any maintenance needs
Communicate effectively with participants, parents (if applicable), and other staff members regarding schedules, progress, and upcoming events
Skills
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a recognised organisation or programme
Strong understanding of various sports disciplines and coaching techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse groups of participants
Organised with the ability to plan engaging training sessions that cater to different skill levels
Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude among participants
Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet individual needs and learning styles
Commitment to promoting safety standards during all activities

Coaching: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
Introduction to coaching football (required)
UEFA C License (preferred)
