Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automatic Gate and Access Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, development, and maintenance of automatic gate and access control systems. The ideal candidate will possess good mechanical and electrical knowledge and be proficient in various engineering tools and methodologies to ensure the functionality and reliability of our products.

Duties

Install and Maintenance of automatic gate systems and access control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in existing systems and implement effective solutions. Create and interpret schematics for automatic gate mechanisms. Work with logic controllers to enhance the functionality of gate and access systems. Use component software, including AES Managment Portal, PalGate and Atrium. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automatic gates and access control into various environments. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing installations to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering or a related field. Good understanding of root cause analysis techniques. Experience with automatic gate systems, intercoms, access control systems and logic controllers is highly desirable. Competence in reading CAD drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
