Job Description

To be considered for this role, we are looking for a flexible manager with experience of managing client facing services and front of house teams. This role will manage those services that are the front facing and are the first point of contact for people the community, this might be in our centres, online and over the phone. We are looking for someone to help raise the profile of our services and continue to provide excellent quality trauma informed services to all our stakeholders. Whilst this role sits within our Adult Services Directorate you will work closely with other cross-organisational managers to create the most welcoming and supportive environments.
