Access to HE has grown predominantly over the last year and is now in a position for new growth internally. Following development of our successful diplomas, we are now looking for a new Admin Lead to manage the team of admins enrolling and supporting learners, as well as implement and maintain current access to HE Learner data and the fast-paced enrolment process currently in place.

Role Information





Duties include:


Organise, Maintain and Monitor the running of the enrolment process from initial lead to induction in line with Student Loans Company Organise Maintain and Monitor the team of Admin staff to ensure high standards are met across the team while supporting and enrolling learners. Take lead over actions needed on the ops report to ensure data is reflective ready for claim. Monitor learner attendance Work with tutor leads to ensure attendance is tracked accurately Liaise with Client Services and MIS teams to ensure excellent communication across Access administration and turn around student data in line with LCG KPI's Data Entry - inputting and monitoring data entry of the admin team. Enrolment spot checks in line with quality and MIS requirements. Developing and maintaining good strong relationships with external organisations Identifying and promoting courses to learner and learner referral sources Engaging with potential learners and providing them with accurate information, advice, and guidance, along with keeping records of all of the above activities. Updating the current process and reviewing the enrolment system to ensure efficiency. Maintaining the learner tracking details for each of the courses and effectively communicating with the relevant tutors and admin to collate all of this information Responding to client enquiries and providing support to their requirements Accurately and timely completion of all training & recruitment documentation. Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities Effectively run the Access Admin team, ensuring timetables of staff are up to date and follow the need of the business. Liaising and supporting tutors with support trackers monthly. Support Access to HE students with enquiries when needed. Conduct your role in line with the company value and expected behaviours. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA


Experience of Access to HE Admin roles and management of systems. self-motivated, open, engaging, and resilient L3 business admin knowledge of Pro Solution and Microsoft Office package Excellent customer service skills Sales and marketing experience Strong admin skills Excellent communication at all levels Proven track record of maintaining and monitoring data in large levels. Excellent communication and coaching skills Excellent drive to improve current A2HE Provision, development of tracking learners and the curriculum offered to the learners.
