Overview


MOVR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join the Business Accommodation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored accommodation solutions that meet the needs of our clients. If you possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales and account management, we want to speak to you.

Role Purpose



This role is to support the growth of the business by;

Managing and developing existing client relationships, developing sales opportunities.

Prospecting, generating new leads and developing business through sales and marketing activities; shaping and implementing the sales strategy.

Nurturing leads to convert new clients, providing best-in-class service.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities



Client development and management. Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and converting into sales using a direct approach.

Nurturing new business via consistent follow-up and managing the existing clients.

Tracking sales calls, conversations and keeping detailed records. Keeping up-to-date information on all customer communications using our CRM.

Delivery of tactical sales activities.

Delivery of sales strategy in conjunction with the marketing and management team.

Travel as required to client meetings / industry events / shows / presentations.

Essential Skills & Experience



1+ Year in Sales, Business Development or Marketing Position, OR Degree Level Education, OR Sales, Marketing or Business Qualifications at NVQ L3 or above.

Knowledge and practical understanding of nurturing customer relationships; customer and market research; using direct sales techniques to win business.

Confident telephone manner and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Confident with numbers and able to interpret and use data on previous business development campaigns to inform future strategy.

Excellent people and communication skills in person, by telephone and email.

Excellent command of the English language and written / verbal communication skills.

Desirable Experience & Skills



Experience in a variety of sales related roles.

Experience of delivering business growth through sales.

Experience and knowledge of developing and delivering sales / new business via tactical activities.

Understanding of / experience in the Property, Accommodation, Hospitality or Services Industries.

Knowledge of CRM database management.

Driving licence is desirable for ease of access to meetings / events as required.

Upon successful completion of a probationary period, an uncapped commission and bonus structure will kick in.
