Job Description
Our client, a large charity based in various locations in Northern Ireland are seeking Accommodation & Community Support Officers for sites to include the Belfast and Bangor areas
Essential Criteria
- Must hold 6 months recent experience (paid or voluntary) of directly supporting clients with complex and multiple needs within the community setting gained within the last 3 years
- Must have enhanced Access NI clearance
- Must be currently NISCC registered
- Must have the ability to use e-mail, internet and databases to electronically record work
- Ensure the needs of service users are effectively met - promoting independence through support and development
- Provide support and advice
- Undertaking of assessments of service users needs and risk to ascertain intervention level required
- Develop focused outcoome based support plans and risk management
- Ensure referral and induction process for service users is undertaken
- Manage domestic, personal and financial resources to develop independent living skills
Rotational shift pattern including the requirement to work evenings, weekends and waking nights
x3 12.5hr shifts per week
Rate of Pay: \xc2\xa311.14/hr
