Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and well-presented. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional experience for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and comfort. We pride ourselves on providing guests with a luxurious and memorable stay in our three glamping lodges. Each lodge must be cleaned, restocked, and reset between check-out and check-in times to ensure every guest arrives to a perfectly prepared space.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock supplies and report shortages as necessary. Clean stoves Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests. Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring all items are returned and sorted promptly. We have our linens professionally cleaned and pressed.

Skills

Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality standards. Strong background in janitorial services or cleaning roles will be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Pay: 12.50-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 28 per week
