We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As an Accommodation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the accommodation facility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Oversee guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments, including maintenance, to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and improve service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, preferably in accommodation management or hotel operations.
Strong background in guest services with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance management is advantageous.
Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and engage with guests.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
