The Student Services team is dedicated to
assisting, guiding and supporting students throughout their time
at St Mary&s and beyond. We provide a range of advisory and
professional services, spanning Wellbeing and Student Life &
Support. These include Accommodation, Counselling, Disability
& Dyslexia, Student Funding, Pastoral Support and the on-site
Health Centre, which is run by the York Medical Practice.
We are looking for an Accommodation Officer
to join our team who work on-site, to support the overall
delivery and development of a wide range of Accommodation
Services, including providing comprehensive advice and guidance
to students, as well as overseeing all administrative functions.
The Accommodation Officer will create effective systems to manage
workload, ensuring data accuracy and the smooth flow of
information between the Accommodation Service, students, other
University departments and commercial partners.
Successful applicants will be required to
work proactively, both independently and as part of a team to
deliver a high-quality service and enhance the student
experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible
individual with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
to add real value to the service.
