About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Support Advisor to join our team.
In this vital role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing vulnerability. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, helping them to access and sustain suitable accommodation and supporting them on their journey towards independence.
Key requirements are:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, front-line service environment.
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer care and support services.
Educated to A Level or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or possess relevant experience in social or supported housing services.
Experience working with vulnerable or homeless individuals is essential.
