Ashington Brooke Ltd is a family-run business providing temporary emergency housing for up to 40 homeless clients across four properties in Inverness, and two self-catering tourist accommodations with 25 rooms/apartments.
Role
We're seeking a reliable, proactive Accommodation Support Worker to cover staff holidays, afternoons, and weekends.
Shifts:
Nights: 9pm-9am (4-on/4-off, approx. 46/year) Afternoons: 1pm-9pm (Mon-Fri, approx. 20/year) Weekends: 9am-9pm, plus two weekdays 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare rooms, maintain communal areas Client check-ins and night room checks Monitor properties, CCTV, and respond to alarms/incidents Communicate with agencies, report incidents Laundry, light gardening, minor repairs
Requirements
Self-motivated and able to work independently Good communication skills, basic IT proficiency Age 25+ with full, clean driving licence PVG check and references required Eligible to work in the UK
