Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing company operating in the powered access and equipment rental industry. We pride ourselves on customer service and innovation, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our office team.

This role offers flexibility, as it can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist

with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.

Inputting invoices data

accurately into our system.

Checking invoice and contract accuracy

, including cross-referencing systems to ensure alignment with customer agreements.

Investigating and resolving invoice queries

, liaising with internal teams and customers when necessary.

Supporting payroll processing

, assisting the Finance Director in gathering, checking, and inputting payroll data to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in an accounts or finance administration role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident handling invoice queries and communicating with suppliers or internal teams. Experience in payrollprocesses is a bonus. Proficient in Sage and general accounting software
