Responsibilities
? Manage and maintain customer account information in internal systems
? Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and on time
? Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
? Respond to client inquiries and resolve account-related issues professionally
? Support the sales team with account setup, pricing updates, and contract management
? Maintain inventory records and work with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy
? Reconcile account discrepancies with clients and internal departments
? Prepare regular reports on account activity, outstanding balances, and order status
? Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
? Assist in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing administrative support
Requirements:*

Minimum 3 years of experience
in an account administration, sales admin, or office support role
? Must have lived in the
UK for the past 3 years (minimum)
?
Valid UK driving licence
(required for occasional travel or deliveries)
? Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and time management
