Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sage, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision.
Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
Handle incoming queries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate office activities and maintain an organised workspace.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications, particularly Sage.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in data entry and clerical duties is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
