Account & Billing Administrator
to join our dynamic Cargo team and play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.
You'll support both client-facing billing and vendor management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and great communication across teams.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and structure to a busy environment. You should be confident working independently and with various stakeholders.
You Will:
Approve and process vendor and client invoices with attention to detail
Send client sales invoices, account statements, and following up on payments
Monitor customer receivables to ensure payments are received within terms
Verify vendor bank details and ensuring timely payments
Report on job-level gross profit accuracy
Maintain accurate lead, client, and vendor data in the CRM system
Conduct regular data cleansing as needed
Train in and use CargoWise, our logistics platform
Build strong working relationships across the Cargo team and with external partners
About You:
Proven experience in financial administration (essential)
Strong CRM and data management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads
Effective problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
Ability to understand our products, services, and internal processes
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required
