Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This part-time role supports the smooth day-to-day running of our accounts function handling purchase and sales ledger, reconciling statements, and helping ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Youll be part of a small but efficient team, where accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive attitude are key.Key Responsibilities

Process purchase invoices, match to POs, and prepare for payment runs. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely manner. Support the wider team with ad hoc admin tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
====================

Confident with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively. Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
