About the Role



We're seeking a proactive Account Based Marketing Lead to support and enhance our supplier relationships within the marketing channel. In this role, you'll lead all things supplier related from reporting, content curation, sampling and other marketing activities. Your experience in marketing and/or account management will allow you to understand the goals of our suppliers, enabling you to create strategic plans and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:



Supplier relationship management

Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with suppliers

Lead supplier communications across our core marketing channels

Create bi-annual reports for suppliers, reporting on key marketing activity and offering insight and feedback Record and respond to supplier marketing requests in a timely and fair manner Be the first point of contact for monthly supplier sample boxes, creating well balanced product sampling for our practitioner community Leverage strong relationships to support activations such as product launch exclusives and unique marketing content for our audience
Content Generation

Curate relevant, interesting and engaging content from our supplying partners for our marketing channels Stay on top of industry trends, supplier campaign activity and New Product Development (NPD), sharing insights to internal stakeholders Ensure correct use of brand assets across supplier and partner marketing channels
Sales and reporting

Report on product and brand sales uplift Maintain product and marketing tracker with sales information
Identify opportunities across our supplying partner base for cross promotion activity and growth

Monitor activity performance, analyse data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations Present performance reports and strategic roadmaps to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Maintain strong links between product and marketing team, keeping up with new product launches, trends and stock alignment Liaise with product and stock teams to ensure adequate stock levels for monthly sample boxes and other marketing activities Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, key partners and internal stakeholders
Ensure supplier marketing activity aligns with our core activity and overarching business strategy

Continually improve processes, communications and service delivery to provide a best-in-class experience

What we're looking for:



We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and good at relationship building to support our suppliers with activity that aligns with our core business objectives.

Essential:



Proven experience in a similar role whether marketing, sales or able to demonstrate the skills required to manage multiple supplier accounts and relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with external supplying partners, colleagues across different departments and core marketing team A consultative mindset, comfortable advising clients and offering strategic guidance Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with strong organisational skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working with cross functional teams
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Desirable:



Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, Communications, or related field desired.
Experience working in marketing role either supplier or retailer side

Qualification and / or interest in natural health

Experience using CRM and account management tools

Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing

This role is based in our Stroud offices; however (option to work from home 1 x day a week)
