The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to proactively support and assist our account teams with the management and delivery of projects across the full range of medical communications services with an emphasis on financial and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the internal account team to help manage workload through understanding of role, priorities, and individual responsibilities
Support the delivery of projects and activities ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
Assist with arrangements and logistics for external meetings, including correspondence and liaison with any third parties or vendors
Support Client Services colleagues with internal and external financial management tasks including developing simple scopes of work, management of client purchase orders and budget systems, attend status calls, demonstrate thorough knowledge of client invoicing procedures and clients' payment processes
