Job Description
EIKON GROUP are expanding our Account Management team in London and are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and passionate people.
The Account Coordinator is an entry level position in Account Management that will be working on a team to facilitate Asset QC for our studio customers.
In this role you will be responsible for, and learning, the management of production and delivery of assets for major content providers.
The responsibilities within EIKON involve managing the digital mastering and foreign language versioning of feature/episodic content for digital cinema and streaming platforms across multiple EIKON clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that expectations of quality, efficiency and delivery are always met Coordinate receipt and delivery of localized assets to streaming platforms Arranging Quality Control of assets to ensure they are delivered to the highest standards Manage projects internally and externally with clients Scheduling of time and technology in various internal departments to deliver projects Manage troubleshooting and oversee resolutions Creation and tracking of production reports Knowledge of production workflows and operational systems
The role will be based at our Soho, London premise.
Working hours are set from 9:30am to 6.00pm, Wednesday to Sunday (initially on a Monday-Friday training period).
The candidate should be willing to work outside of these hours based on business requirements.
