About the Role



We're on the hunt for a driven and confident

Account Development Manager / Executive

to join our high-performing sales team. You'll focus on sponsorship sales for our exclusive, invite-only B2B conferences. Think high-value partnerships, not volume-based cold calling. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team and be empowered to manage your own desk like your own business.

No direct reports - just pure sales focus.

What You'll Be Doing



Research and identify ideal, high-potential companies to sponsor our exclusive, invitation-only events Reach out to senior decision-makers within target organisations Conduct consultative sales conversations Attend 5-star boutique hotels and country homes as part of the event delivery team Drive sponsorship deals through a structured and proven sales process Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets Applying sales training techniques to continually improve performance and results Thriving in a fast-paced, office-based environment where resilience and a positive attitude are key

What We're Looking For



Whether you're early in your career or already experienced in B2B or sponsorship sales, we're looking for:

Salary & Comp



Base salary: 26,000 - 33,000 (DOE) Uncapped commission with first-year OTE over 50,000 Annual bonus Long-term career development and promotion opportunities

Working Hours



Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 Fully office-based at our Crawley HQ, next to the high street and a 10 minute walk from Crawley Station
