In addition our clients can advertise across external websites, (partner sites working with GNM) and social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. We are recruiting for an Account Director to join our Guardian Jobs sales team. You will be joining a diverse and dynamic sales floor and will focus on developing and sourcing new client prospects and leads to grow the volume of GNM clients, predominantly in the education and international sector. About the Role

  • Develop new as well as maintain and grow existing client relationships via face to face sales meetings.
  • Form strong networks and appoint a high volume of clients each week in order to generate sufficient new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by generating revenue from your sector.
  • Consistently improve product knowledge and secure understanding of all Guardian Jobs products as well as what competitors offer.
About You
  • Significant sales experience, ideally (but not essentially) within media, recruitment advertising or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of securing business, preferably face-to-face as well as telephone.
  • Proven track record of building long-term relationships and managing / developing accounts over a long period.
  • Proven ability to sell across multiple platforms.
