Role: Account Director
Type: Permanent
Salary: \xc2\xa380,000 - \xc2\xa3100,000 per annum (DOE) + bonus + car allowance (\xc2\xa34-\xc2\xa37k)
Location: Remote - occasional UK wide travel

iO Associates are working with a Global provider of software solutions to find an Account Director to join their team on a permanent basis. The company delivers advanced Electronic Patient Record systems to hospitals and integrated care systems.

Seize the opportunity as an Account Director to drive revenue growth in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This role involves selling innovative solutions to the healthcare sector and managing a portfolio of existing accounts. With significant autonomy and the chance to work with a leading company within Digital Health, this is a role for a sales leader with experience in the healthcare sector.

The role is remote with some UK travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Taking strategic and financial responsibility for delivering consistent growth in your accounts
• Negotiating commercial contracts within established frameworks
• Collaborate with the senior management team and contribute to strategic decisions
• Maintain strong connections within the healthcare sector
• Manage and lead internal / external meetings
• Representing the company at industry events
• Provide commercial input into the organisation\'s product strategy

Skills:

• High performing salesperson with 5-7 years of proven experience in medical software sales, ideally with enterprise clinical systems
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the healthcare sector
• Previous experience in delivering customer first outcomes
• Commercial acumen
• Exceptional communication skills (phone, written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal) with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
• An interactive, open, and approachable working style
