We're looking for a Account Director (maternity cover, 12 months with opportunity to extend) to join our Experiential & Partnership Marketing team. This role sits at the heart of our live brand experiences, acting as the bridge between our clients and the creative, production, and delivery specialists who bring activations to life. You'll ensure we're exceeding expectations, building strong partnerships, and delivering campaigns that create genuine impact.



We'd also welcome Senior Account Managers who are ready for their next step into leadership and looking to grow their career in a supportive, ambitious team.

The opportunity



As a Account Director in our experiential arm, no two days are ever the same. One day you could be leading a national activation or high-profile partnership campaign, and the next you might be steering a smaller, targeted experience. You'll work across an exciting mix of clients from government and tourism to energy and food, all through the power of live brand experiences and partnerships.



This role is about combining client leadership, strategic thinking, and creative collaboration, while mentoring and supporting the wider team. It's a chance to take ownership of projects, inspire colleagues, and help shape the future of our client



Your role



Lead client accounts day-to-day, ensuring projects run smoothly, strategically, and profitably.

Apply creative and strategic thinking to deliver memorable and effective brand activations.

Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships at senior levels.

Oversee processes that ensure projects are consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time.

Collaborate with creative, production, and delivery teams to bring activations and partnerships to life.

Play a key role in new business - leading ideas, research, and pitch presentations.

Manage client briefings, presentations, and post-event reporting.

Take responsibility for budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.

Support, guide, and mentor account team members to help them grow.
