We are looking for an Account Director with experience in GEO/LLM/Al to lead one of our teams in our London office. Any experience with Paid Search and Paid Social would be nice to have too.

As an Account Director in GEO/LLM/AIl you will be primarily responsible for managing the relationship with your clients and oversee your team development.

To succeed in this role, you should be a good communicator as you will be leading the client relationship. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker to generate new ideas, have an analytical mind to spot opportunities and strong problem-solving skills.

Report directly to the Managing Director Inspire & drive innovations and results for your clients Safeguard the relationship with the clients Create a positive, collaborative & productive work environment within the team Be responsible for the client briefs & ensure the output delivered is of excellent quality Keep up to date with industry trends & best practices and feedback to the team & the wider company whenever relevant Grow the accounts / portfolio together with the MD Be responsible for the P&L of your client & contribute to the overall P&L budget planning of the office Have access to the financial performance of the company on a monthly basis Participate in agency pitches Train & support the team if and when needed Share insights with the Managing Director on overall account performance & pacing Ensure Labelium values are upheld within the team Ensure Labelium's methodology & quality standards are upheld within the team Ensure workload is evenly split within your team & provide support if and when necessary Participate in Business Development (pitch, cross sell etc) Circulate insights, learning & best practices to the wider team Develop GEO strategies tailored to each client's brand, goals, and industry Audit how client brands are currently represented in LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) Design content and knowledge strategies that influence LLMs' understanding and output Lead resources who craft LLM-optimized content: FAQs, knowledge panels, press placements, high-authority citations, structured data Report on progress and insights to clients regularly Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills, reliable, highly organised, autonomous, resourceful and proactive Ability to prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset An understanding of LLM Machine Learning & AI Fundamentals Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint & MS Word Excellent writing and communication skills Team player mind-set Effective & positive team leader Deadline-driven and client facing experience. Budget planning & forecasting. Ability to lead strategic recommendations for clients Background in knowledge graph optimization or structured data (Schema.org) Experience working with AI tools, vector search, or prompt engineering PR, digital comms, or link-building experience in high-authority media environments Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits and performing Keyword Research Experience in developing and executing Link Building strategies Ability to analyze Web Analytics effectively Marketing experience, preferably with a focus on SEO and AI-driven strategies Competitive starting salary up to 45,000 - 55,000 dependent on experience Annual performance-based bonus against company objectives (in addition to salary) 28 days holiday excluding bank holidays Contributory pension scheme Private Health Care benefits Friday Hours / Summer Hours in use 3-4 days WFH / week but during your probation period we will ask you to come in 3 days per week to the office Nice work environment and multicultural team Gympass subscription Your birthday off Free snacks/drinks in the office Weekly socialising events 50 commuter stipend per month

Work experience in paid search & paid social, preferably agency-side, including experience in platform (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads) Knowledge of the Luxury, Retail & Fashion industry Ability to deliver projects within the timeline/deadline & budget briefed by the client

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
