We\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2re looking for a brilliant Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join this purpose driven Marketing Agency and help pave their way into the London market. The agency work with a wide mix of big name businesses brands and charities to transform their Marketing and Comms strategies and deliver purposeful impact.

What you\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2ll be doing

• The successful Senior Account Manager / Account Director will manage a varied client portfolio and become a positive motivational and supportive leadership figure in the business.
• You will direct and lead marketing projects from inception to delivery managing work across strategic thinking brand innovation and storytelling.
• As a senior member of the business you will also nurture relationships and grow existing accounts approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a senior contact for clients and manage various accounts to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met.
• The Account Director will lead and inspire the wider team and ensure the professional development of junior team members.

What experience you\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2ll need to apply

• Proven track record as an Account Director or experienced Senior Account Manager ideally in a purpose driven marketing consultancy with a good understanding of the positive change field.
• Excellent client service development and team leadership skills with a passion for motivating and managing teams.
• A strategic thinker with a growth mindset able to contribute to the development and culture of the agency as they break into new markets as well as provide amazing client service and mentor Account Managers and Execs.
